Fitness, Weight Loss, Travel and More
Your mind is your most valuable asset when it comes to fitness, weight loss and general well being.
Having the knowledge and motivation is the key to meeting your goals, and we strive to provide both here.
We also post content relating to travel and other topics that may not directly be fitness or weight loss related. That is because your mind needs a break just as much as your body does.

About Us
Hello, I’m Pete and I would like to welcome you to my blog. While I am not exactly sure how you got here, people like to say “everything happens for a reason.” So, maybe it was fate that brought you here. Which, I believe, is a good thing.
See, I believe we all have something to offer based on our very own life experiences. I just happen to share some of the things I have learned in this blog. I am not the only one that writes here though. My son Tyler also posts here pretty often. I have to admit, his posts are generally less dry than mine, but I am working on it!
One of my favorite quotes is “The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.” I think we all have to step out of our comfort zone every once and a while to really get where we need to be, both physically and mentally.
That SCUBA guy down on your left is me and that’s my partner in crime Deb. If we never stepped out of our “day to day” we would never have discovered this awesome past-time. I hope you do the same. Now, go out there and try something new or start working on that goal. You WON’T regret it!
